Forcing a horse to do something is a mistake. We never win to this game. My idea must become His idea : to give the envy, to give a goal, to let time think.
Being able to understand the horse is so important in the work we do with him. When a horse reacts either in a good way or in a bad one, it is because the rider is not clear enough.
A horse doesn’t do anything on purpose since he hasn’t the intellectual ability to do it, he just doesn’t understand the rider’s demand. Here is the difference. |
My training at la Cense and my work in Montana gave me humility, key of success. Horses are so different from each other that we learn more than we think from them.
